Busy!

The Prophet SAW said: “Nations are about to scheme against you in the same way as greedy eaters vie with one another on the dining-table.” One of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) asked: “O Messenger of Allah! Will that relate to being few in numbers?” The Prophet said: “No, but your huge number will be of little effectiveness, and (Allah) will cast Al-Wahan in your hearts.” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, what does Al-Wahan mean?” He said, “Your hearts are strongly attached to life luxuries and you feel strong aversion to death.” Ahmad and Abu-Dawud

A very interesting Hadith I found on the net. It refers to what will happen to Moslem people by the end of this world. There will be one nation who will fight against us (Moslems) and invite other nations to attack us just like the hungry invite one another to dinning. The Prophet SAW also said that the Moslems will be in a great number, but our hearts will develop Al-Wahan, which is the love of the world and hatred for death. Are we currently in same position as what our Prophet described? Perhaps, this’ll be a good reflection and thought to start your day .

I’m currently very busy with assignments. It is now week 11 and I only have 2 more weeks to go before the Swot Vac!!! I have a C++ assignment, which is thankfully not a very tricky one. I’ve done this kind of assignment but using other languages like C and Java. Yeah, I’m happy for that hehehe. I’m also working on Algorithms & Data Structures assignment, the least favourite subject of mine. I was told that the due date was changed!! I don’t need to worry, I have more time to do it yay! I’m actually very worried on the .NET group project. All of my groupmates are busy with their assignments and I don’t know when we’re going to finish this project!! Oh God, I don’t want to stay at Uni until 6 am again… *sigh*

I was going to put all my codes that I did for my assignments under the projects page. But I realised that some of the courses at UQ give the same assignment as in the previous year. I was just afraid that other UQ students will copy my work. So I changed my mind. I’m planning to make another blog that will discuss everything about IT instead . I just want to share my knowledge that I learnt at Uni and work to other people. I know that most of them can be found easily on the net, but I just want to contribute and do something for IT. I was going to mix them up with my current blog, but I know that a lot of people will not understand them. Hopefully I’ll be able to do it soon .

I won’t be able to update this blog frequently from now on. I have to focus on my assignments and the upcoming exams. I also have to recite Al-Qur’an faster than usual as Ramadhan is going to end very soon! Hopefully I’ll be able to complete it by then (ey, not only me… all of us.. ok??). I didn’t expect I’ll be very busy this week… I’d have not applied for the volunteer program if I had known I’d have so many things to do. Err.. it’s ok. It’s gonna be fun hahaha..
