Happy Independence Day, Indonesia!!! On this day, I always remember the games I used to participate, the ceremony I used to complain about, and the songs we used to proudly sing. When I was a kid, I loved watching my seniors who carried the Indonesian flag carefully towards the flagpole. And I used to stupidly pray that the flag would be successfully raised by them. Hehehe.
Anyway, it’s a great feeling to know that Indonesia is now 61 years old.. quite old, huh? I always hope that SBY leads Indonesia into a better nation. Let’s fight against the corruption, terrorism, and criminals! Let’s educate our people so that the foreigners will not look down on us. Let’s hope that there’ll not be any other natural disasters in our land… Amiiin.
