The Day Kurt Cobain Died

@ 4:02 pm | No comments

I’ve been listening to Cold’s songs lately. I like most of their songs: Cure My Tragedy, Sad Happy, Suffocate, Rain Song, etc. I also love one of their songs which is dedicated to the late Kurt Cobain. The song is called ‘The Day Seattle Died’. Seattle is a place where Cobain lives, famously known as a Grunge City (bcoz most of the Grunge band are from this city). Here is the lyric:

The Day Seattle Died

Turn all the lights down low
Try to fade your apathy
Made up a world where you can even be you
Star in a tragedy
Shadowed voice on an open court
And light up around the world just to hear you scream

Blown away by fame
We could all feel the shotgun hit the floor
Never learn in faith
If you can’t believe

Drowning in misery
The nightmare begins when you close the door
You sat in your angry chair and stryed to be you
The needle became your queen
The drug had become your enemy
And music was just a way for you to bleed
